APPRENTICESHIPS FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Our business engagement experts will work closely with you to analyse your business and workforce needs, as well as current and future plans. This will result in the development of a bespoke training solution for your business to give you that competitive edge, future proof your workforce and adopt the best workplace practices.

Whether you choose to add a new apprentice to your workforce or upskill a current employee, we can support with training that will fit with your business needs. Every apprentice will train and work with you while studying ‘off-the-job’ either at college or via a blended approach.

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU

Our business engagement experts will be on hand to answer any questions you have and offer support with the changing needs of your business.

A dedicated work-based tutor will support your apprentice(s) throughout their programme. They will visit your workplace to gather evidence, monitor and support progress, and prepare them for their end point assessment.
